Small Groups

At Grace Lutheran Church, Small Groups exist to strengthen people in their relationship with Jesus Christ and to empower them to share Jesus with other by connecting, growing, serving and going (sharing the good news).

What is a Small Group and why should I join?

Small Groups are Bible based, life transformational focused groups with an average of 4 to 14 people.  Small Groups can meet bi-weekly, monthly, etc. and is led by trained Small Group leaders from the congregation who are given ongoing support.

At their core, Small Groups are small Christian communities.  Witness and discipleship are most effective when they are interwoven into personal relationships.

Small Groups can provide an environment where these types of relationships are fostered.  People may come to know God more fully and experience His presence in their lives through Christian community and fellowship.

Individuals are nurtured, equipped, and released to be used by God to accomplish the work that He has called them to.

Small Groups provide an opportunity for mutual sharing and support, greater devotion to God and others, prayer, spiritual growth, and real-life examples of how God is working in our midst.
