David Edge
Pastor
Pastor David Edge grew up in Katy, TX and has been in ministry for over 10 years. He graduated from Concordia Texas in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education and Concordia Seminary in St. Louis in 2012 with a Master of Divinity.
His ministry verse is Philemon 7 “For I have derived much joy and comfort from your love, my brother, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed through you.” Pastor Edge prays that he can refresh the hearts of the saints at Grace Lutheran Church.
April Gilbert
Minister of Children, Youth, and Families
April grew up in this congregation and is excited to be able to continue our tradition of offering a Christ-centered environment for fun and learning and activities. She is also currently enrolled with Concordia TX in Austin, where she is taking classes to obtain her Director of Christian Education (DCE) certificate.
Debra Jackson
Office Assistant
Debra graduated from Sherman High School and has a Bachelor of Music Education and Masters of Music from Baylor University. She has served at multiple congregations through music including Columbus Avenue BC in Waco, TX for 28 years as their Associate Minister of Music/Organist/Pianist. She has a heart for prison ministry and for serving the church through music, as she is currently the pianist for Friendship United Methodist Church.
Nita Truglio
Bookkeeper
Nita helps us with our financial matters. She works with our church treasurer to pay our bills and keep track of our expenses.
